FatFace Helmsley

Helmsley was a fantastic project to work on and provided an excellent opportunity for our design team to be thoroughly creative. We successfully transformed a derelict pub into a unique and visually stunning store. We had a wonderful canvas to work from as this was a grade two listed building and sat within a conservation area. We drew inspiration from the natural features and fabric of the building which resulted in the ‘International Director’ of FatFace expressing it was the most beautiful FatFace store he’s seen. Working from the natural beauty of this building, we retained and exposed the stone walls, wooden floors and fireplaces. We also had two 16th century heavily carved Jacobean doors which we incorporated into the design and became stunning wall features.
